Silko^® Slip emulsions for heatset printing

Have you already had problems with the formation of streaks and spots during silicone application in heatset printing?

Especially when using high-quality printing materials with a high ink coverage the application of conventional silicone emulsions may lead to this kind of problems. These demanding printing sujets often entail sumptuous claims.
A second criteria is the lack of rub resistance, especially with matt coated papers. Wax additives may bring a slight improvement, yet they cause heavy deposits on the web lead rollers and formers. The removing of these deposits is quite time-consuming.
With our Silko product range we have now found a solution for the above mentioned problems.
